Ryan plays bass, not cello. He has performed with plenty of people some people have heard of, and some people nobody has heard of. Sure you might know who Kenny Burrell is. Or Jeff Hamilton. Or Joe LaBarbara. But have you ever heard of Page Cavanaugh? Marla Gibbs? Ernie Andrews? If so, you're hipper than most, and ok in Ryan's book. |

TOM CUNNINGHAM |
Tom plays trumpet and flugelhorn, but not "Feels So Good." He's played everywhere from centerfield at the University of Florida to the Norwalk Rotary Club. He may be the best kept secret in Los Angeles, but don't let that fool you. He's dangerous. |
MARK MASSEY |
Mark plays piano, but not before he tunes a couple notes. He's played with Poncho Sanchez, Louie Bellson, and everyone in LA, including the Ryan Rost Trio, so you can count on him to be fantastic. Don't let that polite exterior lull you into a sense of security. Just when you thought you knew what chord was coming, he'll attack. |
